Directly responsible for $425M contract with over 400 staff at NASA Langley Research Center. Technical focus in remote sensing, cloud microphysics, and radiative transfer. BS in physics from UW-Superior, MS (R) in Atmospheric Science from Saint Louis University, MS in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Colorado State University.
